Brad, Ted, and Jason are absolutely phenomenal! The outstanding customer service is something the rest of the dealerships in the area could learn from. Great place to buy your auto. I had two visits to the dealer prior to making my purchase and I never felt pressure into making a decision. During the first visit, I was greeted by a salesman who allowed me to look around the lot without being right behind you the whole time.  The visit had to be pretty fast, so the salesman wrote my contact information and followed up over the weekend. 

The second visit, I was welcomed by Ronnie Albright, another salesman. Ronnie brought me the exact vehicle I asked for and allowed me to test drive, and even to take it to my personal mechanic to make sure everything looked good. We then went back to the office where he worked with me for several hours to make sure the monthly payments weren’t too high for my budget. 

The dealership has a great waiting area, free snacks and exellent coffee that would make your wait enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy the vehicle you’re looking for. Thank you Ronnie for assisting me with my purchase.

For 5 months, I needed to purchase a vehicle, but continously put it off to avoid all the unpleasant hassle of past selling experiences.   We located a car online and called about 40 minutes before closing for Christmas holidays, We were told to come on over.
My salesperson was Buck Buchanan, his customer service and communication skills are above outstanding.  He was very professional, patient and very attentive as I explained my needs,  I would be retiring in 5-6 years and was working through my list of needs to pay off everything before retirement. 
Even though they were closing, he was patient enough to allow me to test drive 2 cars.  And in detail answered all my questions  (of course I looked them up at home later).  He contacted Finance and asked Ted Brown to wait as everyone else was leaving.    His communication skills were great as well.  Everything I asked for in financing was taken care of.  Kudos to both Buck and Ted.
I would especially recommend this location and salesperson to women as we are normally taken advantage of.  Happy holidays to all. Again thank you for such a great experience Nelda

I did not end up buying from them because my dummy self did not pay attention that the vehicle I went and looked at was a manual transmission, I was in the market for one specific make and model and they only had the one on the lot. I still want to review them though because they were hands down some of the nicest and most accommodating people I have ever dealt with for a car purchase. I dealt with Christopher and Hudson and I just can't say enough good things about them. You guys are awesome, and though I didn't buy, it was genuinely a pleasure meeting both of you guys!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle here. It was fantastic. Ronnie Albright, who worked with me, was great. He worked through all my questions, was patient with me in determining the best vehicle, and was an overall great salesman. If I ever have to buy another vehicle, Music City Autoplex will be my first call.
