Could not have had a better experience. We got a great vehicle at a great price, dealt with a friendly, professional staff, and never felt pressure or like we were being sold to. Our associate was Ben Webster, and I would HIGHLY recommend him. He actually noticed a couple of tire issues that I missed and had them fixed before we signed anything. He easily could have kept his mouth shut and I’d have had no idea. Highly, highly recommend!!

The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My Nissan Versa had the transmission go out after only 4 years, so finding myself needing a new car at this time was a bit of a shock. I’d heard about Wholesale Inc in Mount Juliet from a friend who had just bought a car there as well from Scott and had a wonderful experience. Scott was off the day we went in so we worked with Jamie. He was so great to work with and I never once felt pressured or compelled to do anything. After testing a Toyota Corolla L on their lot, we decided that the LE model on their Madison lot would be a good fit for me. I left there at 1pm and they already had the car over there by 5pm. It had everything I was looking for and felt like a perfect fit. Once we negotiated a very fair price, they even allowed me to take the car home that night after putting down a small portion of the deposit even though I had told them I wouldn’t be able to bring the full deposit until the next day. I had been using a rental for the past week so they saved me from having to pay another day. They absolutely went above and beyond to help us come out of a stressful and unfortunate situation and leave feeling like family. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and these great people to anyone buying a vehicle.

Highly recommend working with this dealer! We found exactly what we were looking for at Wholesale Inc. in Madison, but live over 200 miles away. After no local dealer could match the deal they had, we chose to buy the car sight unseen! The sales person, Matt, was honest and texted us pictures of everything we wanted to see. He assured us that the vehicle was checked for safety. We secured financing locally and after showing proof of payment, they arranged the shipping. We test drove the vehicle and signed all the paperwork at home. After the deal was done, we had a few concerns that they took care of for us right away to ensure we were totally satisfied. Next time we're in the market to buy a car, Wholesale Inc. will be our first and hopefully only stop! Would definitely deal with them again and am recommending them to everyone!

I have given this dealer the 5 star rating because this is the best used car buying experience that I have ever had. I found a replacement for my car that had been totaled out without going out into the cold. We found a deal online that seemed too be to good to be true. When we drove to Mt. Juliet, TN we asked the salesman to see the car and we drove the car and saw that this deal was for real. We were treated in a very courteous and professional manner and got financing at a far lower rate than I thought would be possible. They also provide a huge selection of late model used cars brought in from all over the USA . You can cherry pick through tens of thousands of clean used cars headed towards their wholesale auction barns before dealers from all over the country get a chance to bid on them. I will refer all of my friends and relatives here for their used car purchases.

Not only didn’t they help me get the perfect car at a perfect price. But they also had all of my loan forms done and made buying my first car a cake walk. Mr. Johnston was AWESOME! And all of his associates! They even filled my gas tank because I drive so far.
