I'm only speaking about the USED dealership part. They will sell you any used vehicle and it will probably have issues. The 2008 Chevy Tahoe we just returned to them about a week ago is already for sale on their website at this moment! We'd only made one payment on it and already the check engine light came on,  4x4 didn't work right,  windshield wipers are not right, tire sensor on the back driver side is bad, put it in reserve going up a hill or incline and it makes a terrible noise(pretty sure it's transmission), and cruise control doesn't work. OH and I can't leave out it shows check suspension, because they took the electric running boards off which they could have paid for electric ones to go back on and chose not to.  Last 4 digits of the VIN are 6828. There is no way they fixed ALL of that in a week, they couldn't even fix the running boards in a week much less ALL those other things. I traded with them for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee because we couldn't just leave since we had a loan, I've had this one only a week and guess what, it's leaking oil, lots of it! I am NOT taking it back to them, they lie, and they take a long time to get back to you and get anything done. NEVER go to Serra of Nashville, at least not the used dealership. One positive note, Keith, another manager in the used department was really nice, and I really thought everything was better until this oil leak, I'm not wasting my time on them anymore!

Very helpful great experience with Sam. He is very knowledgeable about all the GM products. Very willing to give you the best deal possible! Sam is a wonderful salesman and I would recommend to everyone. 10 stars!

My husband and I bought our car there, the sales people are super friendly and helpful. We got a great car, at a decent price. We always take it back to their service department as well. Its an all around awesome dealership. Absolutely no complaints.

Just bought a car from Mark musgrove and he couldn’t of made it any easier. One of the easiest dealer to work with. I would highly recommend Mark home to anyone looking for a vehicle near Nashville. Thank you Mark I really appreciate you working with me.

Today we went to Serra to lease a new Colorado. We are informed customers and as a 30 year retiree from GM we are entitled to a benefit that the dealer did not want to accommodate. After leasing several vehicles for at least 25 years we understand how the leasing process is done. The problem we had was with the finance guy, Nick. He made it clear he didn’t want our business and I quote “if you don’t like it take your numbers & go somewhere else” & threw our paperwork back at us. I guess they can afford to turn away customers. I am appalled at how we were treated. All we wanted is what was a fair deal.  We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable. We just wanted the benefits that we are entitled to after working for GM 30 plus years. Charging interest(rent fee) of over 30% on a 11,000 base price is highway robbery. Nick was rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this dealership to any active or retired GM employee.
