Due to the wild fires, we had to evacuate the North Bay Area. All the big name hotels wanted $180-$230. This hotel was only $96 plus tax. It’s comfortable and clean and all the rooms remodeled. It’s also conveniently located off of 880. I would definitely stay again

I was traveling across country from Maryland to California. We were using my brothers discount for rooms (who was with us by the way). We had 2 stays with no problems or issues. We arrived here at 1 am after 12 hours of driving. I tried checking in with one gentlemen. While we were talking he walked away and another lady came to the window (Ms. Patel I believe). There was no greeting, no how can I help you, she just said "yes, what is it"? I proceeded to try and check in and she was very rude, giving me a hard time. She was asking what hotel we worked at, asking for the managers numbers etc etc. This is hotel not the policy. Other hotels do this, but this isn't required any longer. No one else gave us this problem. I did not know this information, as my brother made some stops and he was about 45 minutes behind us and come to find out later, his phone was dead. The lady wouldn't let us check in. We waited for my brother and ended up having to go to another hotel secondary to the bad service and the lady continuing to give us a hard time. This was such a bad experience especially after being on the road for so long. Not being able to check into your hotel in the middle of the nigh and having to find another hotel in a new city was horrible. I will never patron at this hotel again and suggest others not too.

This family owned hotel is the most disgusting hotel I've even been in! They have roaches, bedbugs and horrible breakfast. Not worth $170

Stayed in this hotel for two nights and the worst hotel ever stayed bedsheet were dirty, empty bottle of drinks in the closet and worst is that ts bed bug infested. Yes bedbug crawling on the bed. Informed management but did not bother to response. So save your self from disappointment and bedbugs avoid this hotel.
