Very heartbroken and disappointed!  My beautiful wedding set was purchased 2 1/2 years ago.  In October I took the ring into Rogers to be inspected and to receive Rhodium plating which was covered under the extra warranty that my husband purchased at time of sale.  When I when to pick the ring up the following week the sales associate inspected the ring and then told me that they would have to send the ring back out for repair.  I asked to see the ring and the channel was now loose and one of the stones had a chip.  3 weeks later I picked the ring up again.  After arriving home I noticed a dark spot in one of the stones.  I called the store and was told they would have to look at it.  A few days later before I had a chance to get back to the store a stone had fell out of the channel.  Returning to the store with a warranty the ring is once again being repaired and stones replaced.  As far as the dark stone I was told it was my word against theirs so it would not be replaced.  I know without a doubt the channel set did not have a dark stone prior to the last repair.  I was then told my warranty expires in April and I could purchase a lifetime warranty for over $300 dollars.  I was told the ring is not damaged enough to be replaced.  I am forced to purchase another warranty with the history of problems.  The staff is kind but the quality and policies leave much to be desired.  Never again would I or my husband make another purchase from Rogers.

Took my ring in to have in serviced, re-plated etc. and they told me it would be done in a week, then it turned into 10 days, and then into 2 weeks. Avoid this place at all cost. They are dishonest and have poor customer service.
