If I could give a negative rating I definitely would! I bought a washer dryer and stove here the guy that sold it to me which is the older gentleman there I don't remember his name will say anything to get you to buy stuff and then when you go to pick it up he gives you something that you did not pick out in my case he brought out a washer that was a floor model and that was not what I paid for I paid for a washer in the Box. When I told him this he said well you already paid for everything so it's your choice if you want to leave everything to. This particular washer never washed correctly and he close on top would always be dry and never got washed I had to wash clothes two or three times for it to wash thoroughly. I did have an extended warranty and I called Sears several times but they told me that this was normal that if I wanted to keep the washer to just keep it on the large load settings. Well that's not very efficient now is it? Terrible place please go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

My Father went today to this outlet and the person that is in the back giving out the appliances it was so rude this is the second time that we go and buy and that person treats us bad.

I would give them less than one star if that were possible. Poor, poor passive aggressive customer service at the local store. I will NEVER use them again.I took off of work. Item was not delivered.They canceled my order without my permission... WOW! If my company ran our business like this...we'd be out of business. The savings is not worth the frustration, worthless promises and lost wages (e.g., lost vacation time I had to spend for NOTHING)...

Horrible place to go. People lied about appliance being in stock at store on friendly. Went to Sears on friendly and they did not have it. The manager told me that the outlet store often gets merchandise mixed up with what's in stock and what not. Only put one star because I couldnt put negative stars. Will never go back. On a side not: the Sears at friendly is awesome.

Picked out 3 matching appliances. Dishwasher arrives with dents it didn't have in store. Was told there was another in stock. The day of delivery I get a call that it is dented also. I drive 50 minutes to pick out another one. It arrives on time but they won't take the old one because it is still connected. I knew they wouldn't install but had no idea about not taking old one away as its still connected. They also didn't take one appliance away on the first trip, had them take it on the second. Overall I like my appliances but the lack of care once purchased AND the lack of disclosure about removal gets them 1 star. Wtf do I do with this old appliance now?
