Went to this store last week and grabbed several samples of carpet. I am going to be purchasing carpet and installation for a stairway, a hallway, and two bedrooms. After browsing for about 20 or 30 minutes, I grabbed my samples as I was never approsched or helped while I was in the store. I decided on a sample a couple of days later and called the store to get more information. After I was transferred to the flooring Department, I asked about the weight of the carpet, twist, and warranty. I was put on hold and taken to two different sales people in the flooring Department as no one understood what I was asking for. When I finally got and employee to help me, he told me to just go online and look everything up. No thanks. If you can't help me while I'm in the store and a quick 30 second phone call, I will not be hiring you to come into my home and do a big project. Off to the other store I go!

Some employees are very helpful, others not so much. Product usually available or they can tell you which store in the area has what you're looking for.

Opened on time at 6:00am. Assistance was spot on. Got what I needed plus some stuff I didn't know I needed. Great space. Well organized. Good selection.
