Best experience ever! I've been to other locations & if not one thing it's another! Slow service, rude employees & pushy for up sales. But not this store in & out as quick as a new service can go including getting some extras. My sales rep. Stephanie was the best!!!!! She showed me everything, answered all my questions without being rude, impatient or making me feel stupid!! So much so like I said I got a couple of extras! Great store & employees must come if you want to get it done right & with ease! Oh and ask for Stephanie!

I recommend this store 100% never had an issue and when i go to the store my go to person is STEPHANIE CONTRERAS!!! because she will give you great service and is very professional and super friendly. Happy customer! No doubt

Great T-Mobile store, Excellent customer service! Stephanie was extremely helpful. I was able to open a new account, install a new sim card, activate a new number and be on my way in a flash. Very much appreciated! Definitely recommend. Remember to ask for Stephanie!

I walked in here one day not looking to spend a dime due to bad experiences from before but Stephanie did such a great job she convinced me to purchase something! I have faith in Tmobile again. Thank you!

Great customer service! Sales rep. Karina made sure to touch base on everything and was a very helpful with explaining the details of my plan. Definitely a smooth transition from my previous cellular service. Looking forward to my service with T-Mobile.
