Was in the fragrance section this morning, and I was treated like a princess! They had a rose aoud that worked well for upcoming winter scents and I was taken care of so well.

I think the customer service is terrible and horrific for such a high end store such as Neiman Marcus more specifically when it carries an LV department inside and it sells bags costing thousands of dollars. Normally, the associate/ seller asks for your information when purchasing a bag and enters it in their system, offers if you would like it shipped to your address or offers a brown bag rather than an LV bag to prevent theft or even walks you to your car in some instances, as well as ask if you would like the authenticity card inside the receipt rather than just placing it in the bag. Unfortunately, none of the above procedure happened with me. I left the store with my purchase and sadly it was stolen from me minutes before I was even able to take the purse out of the wrapping. Because of such terrible customer service. When I filed a police report and returned to the store, the employee retrieved the wrong contact information from their system. After some googling, I was surprised to find out that there had been multiple instances of such robberies happening in that same location and the year 2014. To be more specific, 3 cases in the year 2014. If a high end store wants to protect their business image and standards, the least they could do is warn buyers purchasing pricey purchases to be aware of such happenings and try to prevent them! I will never return to make purchases at that store again because of such a terrible experience. I also want to share my story to help other buyers beware of such incidents.

No matter where you enter Neiman Marcus, you are always going to be greeted with smiles and sales representatives that are eager to help you find the right product. If you have any questions regarding anything in the store the sales representatives are alert and ready to let you know that they know their business. Of course this is expected, Neiman Marcus is Top Notch, but if you are not there to purchase something, NM Representatives treat everyone like they bought the store.

They are in trouble and it's sad. I love shopping for fragrances here. Top brands with great product selection. Watch out for their new return policy....they won't return it if you've opened it.
