Carlos was extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. Our first delivery didn't fit and he went above and beyond to help us find another piece of furniture and in a very timely manner. We had family visiting and he made sure the furniture arrived on time to accommodate them. 
The delivery folks were wonderful.. very respectful, great attitudes! 
The furniture is great quality. we are very happy and will definitely visit Carlos at Ashley for future furniture purchases.

My daughter was ready to buy her first couch for her new apartment. We looked at quite a few furniture stores, even a few who had close out sales. We went to Ashley, and Tara started to help us look around. She explained so many things to my daughter so that she could make her own choice. She loves her couch! Tara even checked in with us to make sure the delivery went well! Love her!

Just relocated for work and came in to browse furniture in a Friday evening. Drew was Great! He was very attentive but not pushy at all. I was able to furnish my entire apartment in one short and stress-free visit and Drew made sure that I was taken care of - I purchased a floor model mattress and he helped us get it loaded up before we left. Can’t wait for the rest of my furniture to be delivered later this week.

My first bedroom set was from Ashley’s and we wanted an upgrade from Queen to King size. We decided to go to Ashley’s again because of the quality of their furniture. We bought a great bedroom set and mattress thanks to Monica who was attentive to what we were looking for. Monica was very friendly and the store had a wide selections and styles to choose from. Thank you Monica for helping us today!

Autumn Zimmer at the Raleigh location is an absolute doll to work with.  She was so attentive but not pushy at all our first visit we came in.  We were just looking while in the process of buying a house and she waited and followed up in the perfect amount of time and was all around a pleasure to work with.  She also followed up a day or so after delivery  (which was awhile for us because we had to wait to close).  Speaking of delivery the guys were super fast and professional and took extra care in setting everything up exactly how I wanted it.  I really had a great experience all around.  Will definitely be going back when it is time for more furniture purchases.
