I'm being nice with the three stars. Our first visit here was lovely. We bought some furniture, had a nice relaxing experience and that was it. This time around we where just looking. I thought I made it abundantly clear to this rounds salesmen that we weren't looking for help, but he just kept on coming back. We were asked three times within three minutes if we needed help. So within the fourth minute and  the fourth time I spotted him hustling back(this time with a binder in his hands) my wife and I played hide and seek as we made our exit. It was kinda fun! Just not the experience we were looking for. We'll probably end up getting our rocking chair from amazon now though. It sucks to be reminded how an overly hasty salesman can make you feel. Thanks a lot guy!

Robert provided my husband and I with exceptional service. Robert is the definition of excellent customer service. The delivery team assembled the furniture  with perfection and were extremely courteous. If you want great furniture and excellent service,  Bullard Furniture is the place to shop.
