Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I explained exactly what I was looking for and Liz took me around the store showing me only things I explained that I wanted. Came back the next day to finalize everything and Liz already had everything ready to go. Fantastic employee, will highly recommend Liz and Ashley furniture to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Great experience!! Ashley Furniture gave us a better price than any other furniture store in the area on a complete bedroom set. Holly, our sales woman, worked with us to make sure we got the exact items we were looking for. Great service and even better furniture!!

I purchased from Ashley Furniture my very first time entering the store. The staff was knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a sectional and a dining room set at the time. I’ve since purchased an end table, and I’m planning a visit soon for furniture for my 18 month old. Whitney Simpson at the front desk is my go to!!! She helped me during my first purchase from talking me out of my buyer’s remorse to better explaining and getting me to purchase the additional protection plan that I had declined earlier. She makes me feel that I am getting special service every time though I’m sure that’s just the “Ashley way.” The customer service is unparalleled. To top it all off the furniture is gorgeous!

This is our third time purchasing furniture from here and I have had a wonderful experience each time from the store front to the delivery guys. Our first time there we came in late “just to browse” and ended up finding exactly what we wanted so we ended up keeping them past closing time and everyone continued to be friendly and helpful. I feel that they truly go above and beyond for their customers.

I recently went to the Ashley home store and my experience was great. Liznel was fantastic, very helpful and gave me the best options for me. Management was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend going to this store. Also ask to work with Lizzy!!
