At first the customer service was awesome until I received my merchandise that was NOT correct. The sales person did not inform me that what I truly wanted was a add on causing me not to receive it. And when I called about some issue and came inside the store one of the sales associates was completely HORRIBLE and rude to me. I got the bed through acceptance only making ONE payment before completely paying it out. And now is getting the run around about then returning the merchandise and my refund because rooms to go won’t pay them back. Not that any of that is my business considering I paid my money and I’m NOT sastified and NO ONE is helping me or keeping me informed at all. And I’ve called SEVERAL times. So yeah it’s not worth it at all.

Went in this evening with the intention of purchasing a bedroom set. We were greeted but the woman wasn't helpful at all. We asked where the queen bed sets were and she just gestured and said they were all over the store.  We looked around for almost half an hour and was never asked if we needed help. No one approached us at all. Finally we thought we found something good enough (I honestly had a hard time finding anything I liked). We had to search for someone to help us and found the same unhelpful woman who greeted us. I needed delivery information because my availability is limited. Guess she thought we were 100% going to buy no matter what and, when we were told that it would be 9 days until we got the set, I had to walk away. And... the Icing on the cake is.... this broad had the nerve to say "are you serious?" as she turned her back to me. Needless to say it took a lot for me to act like I didn't hear her. I need a bedroom set and an entire living room set.... I'll be taking my business to a place where the employees act right.

The staff at the store was friendly, furniture was nice and relatively inexpensive. That is all I can say that is positive. Everything else outside of the store was horrible. The delivery process has been wretched.  The first purchase was bad, the ottoman that was delivered with the sofa set was broken and it would take a week to get another one. I had to drive an hour to go to the store and get another one. I coordinated the pick up with customer service and upon arrival they didn't know I was coming. They didn't know about the exchange. Had to wait almost 3 hours for them to figure it out. I tried to give them another chance with a kitchen table.  They failed again in delivering the right table. They brought the right chairs and then the wrong table. Then they tried to deliver it again, a week later, and they had another delivery issue. Finally, after nearly 12 days and speaking with corporate they refunded only the delivery fee of just $75!! I will never buy from them again. It is to my understanding, the delivery issues are not uncommon. This is Sad! I hope this helps others in making future purchases.

There are so many furniture stores in Fayetteville and this one has to be the worst. I ordered an item from them on a Saturday and then decided to cancel the order the next day which was a Sunday. The lady told me, no problem, they would credit my account. Tuesday comes and I get a voicemail saying the item was already shipped to me. First, how could the item be shipped when I cancelled it on a Sunday. I emailed the vendor and got the UPS tracking number and had UPS reroute it back to the vendor. I called Rooms to Go and told them the item went back to the vendor. To make the long story short from January to April I went to and called Rooms to Go several times trying to get my money back. I finally went to the store and told them if I didn't get my money I was going to take the store manager to small claims court to get my money back. I wasted so much time on them and they just gave me different excuses every time. Go somewhere else in Fayetteville. I ended up buying furniture at Ashley Furniture.

I did read all the negative reviews but we decided to go into the store and look at the furniture.  We were greeted with a smile and we met Kenny our salesman he talk with him about our needs. He showed us different styles of furniture that fit our budget.  We picked out beautiful bedroom set by Cindy Crawford and I like it very much. We also purchased a beautiful couch with chaise attached with ottoman. The furniture was delivered on time given by CS and the delivery was set up professionally. We were so impressed we went back a month later and purchased a dining set. Again delivery was great same guys came out and did a great job.  I would surely recommend this store and the furniture is nice so much to choose from at the showroom. Kenny was a good Salesman.  I also give my 😀😀 to Yvette too she made our last purchase great.  We'll purchase again from RTG if we need more furniture great prices too.
