I recently had a main line clog and used roto rooter for the first time. Within 2 hours I had a team of professional guys who made me feel comfortable and explained everything. Terry expertly and patiently unclogged the line and Fernando took care of everything I needed for restoration and mitigation to start getting my home back together. In the mist of a horrible experience, this team did all they could to make it easier. I would recommend them highly. Thanks guys!!

I applaud your efficiency and great customer service. Called in AM and customer reps kept me up to the minute informed, technician from Bridgeport - Orlando #689 appeared in time frame predicted. He was pleasant, professional and able to alleviate the problem very quickly. Thanks for great service and people!

Needed emergency service from Roto-Rooter on an Sunday. Call was picked up promptly. Received call back within an hour to tell me that i was the next customer in the queue. Service tech would arrive at 10:30. Tech, Mike, arrived on time. Very sociable, explained what needed to be done . Problem resolved within 30 minutes. Was very pleased.

When my sewerage pipe burst in my house I was very surprised on how fast they came and they were able to do the job in the same day. I was a surprised about the price but all in all they did a great job.

Fast, efficient service.. They were willing to come a day before I had scheduled but it wasn't an emergency.. Ray the technician was very pleasant.. This is my second time using Roto Rooter and I hope I won't need a plumber again but if I do, I will definitely call them again!
