The Rainaldi team gave the best service I could ever expect. I have a leaking unit in my house that was causing mold. Before I contacted Rainaldi, I contacted another A/C outfit and they looked things over and told me I needed a whole new unit, inside and out. Chris, from Rainaldi, came and was polite and explained everything to me. He assessed that the unit inside only needed to be replaced. They were willing to coming in the next day to replace. The team was polite and clean and answered all my questions. My system runs even better now and they saved my a few thousand bucks. I will no kidding contact Rainaldi if I ever need any A/C service in the future.

Nick visited my home twice within a week to help me find and repair a water leak that had eluded two other service techs. He found it and repaired it. The outstanding technique that sets Nick apart is his meticulous method. He plans his approach carefully, and takes time to explain the steps he would be taking to me. He laid out the components, and marked the lengths to cut. Then he explained to me every step he took and why he did what he did. He measured a second time before making a cut. Nick was doing much work 28" below ground level. He was extra careful to get the joints perfect even to the extent of removing and replacing one installed joint that he said was not fully mated. His depth of knowledge shows through and leaves no doubt in my mind that I have a first class job.

We had a whole house re-pipe done. The team showed up on-time, were very careful to minimize the holes in the walls, and cleaned up everything. The supervisor, Adam, is a true professional who holds the team accountable to the standards of excellence and 100% customer satisfaction. He is knowledgeable detail-oriented, polite, responsive, and truly cares. We are very happy with the finished product of the re-pipe and plan to use Rainaldi to complete the plumbing work in our bathroom re-model. Highly recommend.

Long story, but here we go...Kitchen was damaged from a dishwasher leak. Having dealt with the insurance company and having the repairs completed, the last thing we needed to have a working kitchen after 2 months was to have the plumbing reconnected. I called Rainaldi's at about 8:30 on Friday morning and explained the situation. The woman who answered was very nice. YES, they would be able to be out the same day. I requested an afternoon appointment and was told, NO PROBLEM. At about 2:30, I hadn't heard anything so I called. Not to worry I was told, "You're the next on on the list. As soon as the tech finishes the job he's on he'll be over." 4:00 came, still no call, so I checked in. I told them, it's getting late, this will take a few hours. "You're the next one on the list...We work until all jobs are completed." Same conversation about an hour later. Finally, I get a call at 7:30 at night. The tech tells me he just finished up, blah blah blah. We go over what needs to be done. 2 to 3 hours of work. Reconnect the dishwasher, disposal, and faucet, he quotes me a price of $640. No thanks. If they had been honest with me a the first phone call and told me it would be 11 hours before someone could get there, I would have made another call. So, another weekend with no kitchen and I found a plumber to come out this morning (Monday) to do it all for $250. Good luck if you choose to use this company.

Had my fridge spring a leak and flood my house today. I Googled "Conway plumber" and this company was the first result, and with good reason. It was Sunday afternoon and they had someone out today who made the repair very quickly. They also helped point me toward a company who could help me with the cleanup aftermath. They also assisted with documenting everything for the insurance claim. which I honestly hadn't even thought of due to dealing with trying to quell the flood. Highly recommend, shout-out to the plumber John, he was extremely professional and helpful.
