Nick came out this afternoon because the other day, I had two visits from your other employees (first was septic, next was a plumber)...they were great, but really didn't resolve the issue to where I even knew what was going on (the plumber did partially resolve a clog temporarily). But today, the same issues occurred AGAIN. So nothing was really 'fixed' and I was SO bummed, and disappointed! But you guys sent Nick out, and he spent a lot of time here trying to figure everything out/problem-solving and got me to where at least I think I have a direction to go in now, to get the problem completely resolved. He was VERY nice and extremely knowledgeable. I was super impressed with his expertise. I still have work that needs done, and will be using your company but beyond this- for future issues- I will likely request Nick by name when possible.  :-)

They never showed up. They gave me a time when they wanted to show up and they never came. When I called the office to inquire as to where the driver was, I was blown off. I left two more messages before I gave up.  They receptionist said that the driver had called me but couldn’t reach me.  This was a total farce!!  I never received a phone call from the driver. 

Brownies really let me down. I do not recommend them.

I had another company come out to the Church and say that I my septic tank was unrepairable and I needed a new one at around $10,000. I called Bronnie’s and there service man said that all I needed was a new lid for a fraction of the cost. The service techs were prompt and courteous.

Needed immediate service on leaking water heater.  You know "Murphy's Law"!!!! Had phone call from Nick before lunch, needing a new water heater installed and it all happened early that afternoon and everything was back in shape and working before Thanksgiving!!! 
Thanks Nick and all those at Brownie's that support you.  Professional job well done.

Brownies has turned out to be fabulous.  Unfortunately I hired another company (Orlando Septic Services) and it turned out to be a nightmare.  Brownies came out and gave me some options to remedy my situation.  I am grateful for all of their help.  Don't bother with the rest, stick with this company.  They know what they are doing!
