We just had to have our hot water heater replaced and we used Shamrock Plumbing. We could not be happier and more pleased. Our plumber, James was outstanding! He was very efficient and meticulous and the quality of his work was very professional. What impressed me most though, was after the water heater was installed, he stayed until the tank was completely filled and made sure we had no leaks and that our water was hot. James is certainly an expert at what he does and we look forward to getting our house re-piped with the same results and satisfaction.

We just recently had a water filter crack and flood our entire downstairs within minutes. Upon a quick google search I stumbled upon Shamrock Plumbing and gave them a call. From their first phone call I felt that we were in good hands. Our technician, Christian, called us to let us know that he was about an hour or so away and would not be able to come that night ( it was already about 9:00pm on a Saturday), but promised to be there first thing in the morning. My concern at the time was the fact that our water was off, and I did not want to go the remainder of the evening and morning without water. Christian was kind enough to stay on the phone and walk us through determining the source of the problem and helping us make it so that we could turn the water back on until the problem was resolved. Christian arrived promptly the following morning and performed the necessary repairs. He was extremely professional and courteous. We will definitely be using Shamrock Plumbing for any future plumbing issues we may have.

Hired Shamrock to install two new toilets in my home. They were able to give me a quote over the phone (other places wanted to schedule a separate visit just for an estimate), and they were able to get it done the very next day. The technician, Sabino, arrived as scheduled, was very courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job! I will definitely use Shamrock again for any future plumbing needs I may have.

On Sept 5, 2017, we had our house fully re-plumbed by Shamrock Plumbing. We are grateful at a wonderful job and even better price they provided. Last year we had a leaking hot water heater and now with the new dimensions it was going to be tight. The owner came by to make sure we would be able to the largest one available with our space. Then it was a quick turn around, from the removal to the new installation, all very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them anytime.

Shamrock Plumbing was excellent from the first phone call, to the work itself. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism for the work I needed done. The plumber who came out was very polite and treated our home and us with respect. I will be using Shamrock Plumbing in the future and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!
