This company is amazing. I work in service industry and sometimes feel as though i expect everyone else to treat people as i treat my customers and you just dont see that anymore. But with this company they got a A+ they did great in every way!!!! I highly recommend them and there services they offer!

The entire repair process was very professional from the scheduling of the service call to the completed repair.  The maintenance technician was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained each troubleshooting step.  Once the repair technician completed the repairs on my bathroom facet, he explained the entire process and what options I have for future practices.  The price was extremely reasonable with no hidden parts or labor costs.  The entire maintenance process was fantastic, and I will most definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends.

I had a plumbing issues with my drain pipe clogging up and I call Roto-Rooter Plumbing for the service. One of the technician came out and didn't handling the problem correctly and I have to call another plumbing company to take care of my plumbing issues. The next day my wife called the office and speak with Mike (the owner) and told him what had happened. Mike told my wife that he will personally came out to my home and returned my check that I wrote to his technician and personally apologized us for the inconvenient.

An  hour later, Mike showed up at our home and looking at our drain pipe and handed me back my check and told me that he will come back to run the camera through our drain pipe that run to the street and will not charge us anything.  I was very happy that Mike took his time out and came to see us personally and try to resolve the problem. I do understand that sometime when you owned a business and send an employee/technician out to a job site and didn't handling the job correctly, that could give a business a bad name. But in this case with Roto-Rooter here in Bossier City, Mike kept his word and hopefully he will sent someone back to my home with a camera. I very happy with the fact that Mike realized that mistake happened and he came out to fix it right away and to me that is CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed a phone call and within thirty minutes the plumbers were here!! Bryan and Matt were very friendly, professional and quick but accurate!! They fixed the problem in a timely manner and made sure it wouldn't happen again!! I really like the new shower faucet they installed as well!! I would recommend this business to anyone I know!!
