I called and was greeted pleasantly and she help me set up a guy to come out that afternoon, and would call when he was a half an hour out.  I was informed that he was at the property WITHOUT a call, no biggie because my tenant was there.  He had a slight accent so it was hard to understand but I mostly knew what he was saying.  Gave me a very high estimate in my opinion of approximately $410.  He called and finished the work in about an hour, very good job but it seems that $400 an hour is extremely high considering he was done in about an hour.  I would like to know how that is acceptable to charge that much.  I can see the high estimate but then not scale it down after the work was complete in an obviously shorter time than he expected.  But he cleared it and i was happy with the rest of the service.

Thank you Michael for your timeliness, honesty and integrity.  You were called in to find, cutout and replace my clogged kitchen sink pipe which would have meant removing cupboards, making holes in sheet-rocked walls and ceiling and been very costly.  You quickly assessed the situation and believed another employee would be able to open the drain from the sink. You then made the call and Tim arrived within the hour and with his expertise and "can do" great attitude had the drain open in less than an hour.

I appreciated your professionalism and prompt response even though it was not an emergency.  Your employees worked together to get the job done!  Thank you!

From the time my husband called to the time the service man left we had a great experience. They gave us a timeline from the start, called to let us know when they would be there before hand, & he got our drain unclogged in a timely manner along with a six month guarantee. All which we thought were great with the exception of the price. The guy was there a total of maybe 15 min & charged us $289.00. I am very happy with my experience with them overall except for the price. That I feel is a bit too steep for a garbage disposal that was backed up & took him 15 min to fix. That's the only reason they're not getting 5 stars.

Tim provided excellent service! He was kind and mindful, engaged in thoughtful conversation and even answered questions I had about what was going on with the pipes. Would definitely recommend this company to others. I scheduled the appointment online, received a confirmation within minutes and received a call prior to their arrival. Also, I was able to use a coupon I found on their website; always a plus.

Jeffrey was polite and clean.  He was careful of our furnishings.  He explained the process well.   We were taken aback by the price since the last time it was $100 less.  There is a senior discount online that I wish we would have known about.  I know a lot of companies tell you that upfront.  I hope RotoRooter gives that break retroactively.
