Right off the bat Peter was all smiles, very professional and honestly made me feel like there was no place else he should be than in my home to the services I hired Uptown for. He was very clear about what to expect; laying out a timeline and giving a pretty quick yet detailed overview of what he was going to do. I had a couple of questions that he answered very clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what he was doing. I work in a service and sales type of industry so I can certainly appreciate wonderful service when I receive it and Peter and Uptown provided that. I would also like to acknowledge the call and email alert I received ahead time to not only let me know he was on his way, but to give me a snapshot of who was coming as well as some personal info about the person coming to my home. It helped make the whole experience much more comfortable. I will definitely work with them again if the need arises!

Dan L. (and the whole Uptown team) was very courteous and kept me updated on when they were planning on arriving, etc. I also received a text after the phone call and before the tech. arrived for the visit, giving name, photo and background of the tech. That really helps in making sure the correct person is at the door. Arrived right at scheduled time and finished within listed time frame. Much better than some other service / delivery people who can't seem to pin things down to better than "maybe sometime during the day". Dan also was very courteous in showing me various items he was inspecting on the forced air heating system and recommendations for items to improve safety, comfort and operating efficiency of the furnace. It was a pleasure working with Dan.

This was by far one of the best service experiences. Their technology is great. Send a picture of the tech who is on the way. What a great touch. Emmanuel was so friendly. Extremely polite and considerate in my home. He made a great fix and went above and beyond to help out. Great company, I highly recommend.

Always great service, clean, friendly, honest. Very professional on many fronts from the office, to the service, to the follow up. I give it a 3 star only based on price. Example: boiler install price: $8700. Exact same price from another company for same service: $5200. Big difference. As for plumbing... 15 minute job to snake tub.. $279. I use them for some work, but not all, based on the high pricing.

I've lived in my house almost 4 years and decided to get a tune up on a few things. They found my water heater was 24yrs old and needed to be replaced rather soon because of all the sediment build up. My water softener was also way older than i realized. Dan answered all the questions I had and explained things very well! He also showed me the different options for replacement. They were able to come out the next day and install a new water heater and water softener. The uptown crew I met was respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
