This place is small but full of charm with a very friendly, accommodating staff.  It's on the docks and you couldn't ask for any more atmosphere.  The food is good and fresh and probably come straight off the boat that just docked next to the restaurant.  Would be best for a lunch or early dinner so you can enjoy the view.  You should definitely give it a try.

It was good place to dine. They have good large area anytime of the day to eat. The food was great and very reasonable. I love their blackened tuna I ordered the first night we arrived at Virginia Beach, then the third dinner  my husband and I ordered seafood combo which we shared, it was delicious, this time was an early dinner. There was no wait, even the evening no long wait. There a seating outside too, great place to have dinner.

Probably the worst raw oysters I've ate. I actually couldn't eat them all and had the rest thrown away. Whoever shucks the oysters needs to properly learn how to do so. The first one I had ate was great. However everything from that point went down hill. I should of noticed that every oyster shell was broken and I found those broken pieces in the actual meat of the oyster. The bartender was something else too. Paid no mind. Usually by any server or bartender the customer is asked "How is everything?" Not one time was me or my partner asked. I was really disappointed.

I've been here several times - the food is good, and the ambiance is fantastic.  If you can, please try to find seating in the Cabana and "glider" seating area.  The gliders are entire 2, 4 and 6 seat tables that gently rock back and forth.  After a day at the beach and enjoying a bottle of "soda pop with foam on top" your food tastes so much better.  You can see the boats coming back in.  You can see the captains working on their boats prepping it to go out on a run from the inlet.  You can also talk to the captains who are about to set off for a fishing trip at sunset.  Seriously, the ambiance makes the food taste so much better.  Go at sunset!

The cabana bar was nice. Best part was the service! All the cabana bar tables are independent gliders, so you can make your table back and forth. The boats on the dock surround the area, so you can't really see the water. The food was good, but more like 3 starts. I had a chicken burrito and my husband had blackened swordfish. The drinks were good!
