Zoe's was a wonderful ending to our three day getaway to Virginia Beach. From the service to every single thing that we ordered, it did not disappoint. Our waiter was extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, and what drinks would pair nicely with them. Could not of asked for a nicer evening!

Very good food and an extremely professional team from the top down. Mark Sauter is a wealth of wine knowledge and really makes sure you have a great experience.

We went there on a Thursday night right as they were opening at 17:00 hours. We looked at the menu and thought , we could not spend that much. I then found the 5:00 pm to the 5:59pm menu. I ordered the Angus steak and an appetizer for local shrimp. Matt was our waiter, who was perfect. He was on top of his game. We never had to ask for a drink, he went far beyond what any waiter could do. After the meal, Matt offered dessert and I had coffee. My lips were smacking me silly, it was so GOOD. We had ice cream and all the fixings. The meal was $140.82, yes, the price was expensive, but why complain. Matt's tip was $29.00, he was worth every dime. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy an excellent meal. The bathrooms, were clean, stocked and even a black toilet. The environment was quiet and romantic. People complain, and people have opinions. Yeah, so what.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. If in area give this restaurant a try. Has to be best in Virginia. Visiting from N. Virginia for vacation and no place in N. Virginia compares. Five stars.
