I had a great experience signing up to read a unit here. I was called to find out when I was coming so that they would make sure they were available to assist me. The facilities are clean. I would definitely suggest this storage facility. Its climate controlled. I feel that my items are safe here. The 24 hour access is also appreciated.

Just when I thought great customer service was a thing of the past, I walk in to Safeguard and find Gene and Les!  Units are exceptionally clean and prices are more then reasonable. I would definitely give this location the highest rating possible.

Facilities are great. But ethically the customer care is lacking at this location. Their friendly demeanor and manners are only clouding the fact that they are trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Everyone up' sells but here they lie while doing so.

As a tenant of many years,  I wish to commend the wonderful staff, Les and Gene. They've never failed to be professional, friendly, helpful, and considerate.  The facility is immaculate, units are easily accessible, supplies are available for purchase on-site, and dependable climate control is provided. In all my years of occupancy, I have never seen a sign of any pests whatsoever.  Great place!

Gene at the front desk was extremely helpful, thorough and kind. I true pleasure to deal with during the process in obtaining a unit. He helped me understand all my options available and made the entire experience easy. I would recommend this storage facility to any of my friends of colleagues. Thanks again Gene!
