This is a scary storage facility.  1st, the rats.  They are all over the place because there is a river basically on premises.  So they have traps all over the place with food the rats eat.  Then they have to go for water.  Once they drink the water, they explode.  We rented a place here, and on the day we went to move in, (a Saturday), someone had not cleaned the dead rats on the premises.  There were at least 3, dead, exploded!  We decided to pass.  The representative at the desk said we would have to pay anyway and threatened collections.  We said we would not, and chose another place instead.  We never even moved a thing into the unit.  But I'm not leaving my stuff in a rat infested premise.  So here we are 3 months later and they have me in collections.  For $25 dollars!!???  Avoid!

I have never experienced such great customer service. Chrissy was very helpful and courteous.  I will always use Public Storage foe my storage needs.

Great experience so far. Staff helpful. Just make sure the hours are good for you or you will get locked in if you have a car.

The young lady that works in the office Jessica is truly a sweet heart. She goes over and beyond.great customer service skills. However THE RATS THE RATS THE RATS! !!!! OMG WHERE TO START. MOST OF MY BOXES HAD TONS & TONS OF RAT DROPPING INSIDE THEM. I HAD TO THROW AWAY THE MAJORITY OF MY BELONGING TO AVOID BRINGING THE BOXES IN MY NEW HOME. SOME BOXES HAD DEAD PALMETTO BUGS IN THEM.JUST HORRI BLE!!!!! I HAVE NEVER RENTED FROM A STORAGE FACULTY AND SEEN THAT MUCH RAT DROPPING. MY KIDS DIDN'T EVEN WANT THEY TOYS ANYMORE AFTER SEEING ALL THOES LIL BLACK SEEDS FROM RAT DROPPINGS INSIDE THEM. WE SPENT MORE TIME IN OUR NEW HOME SWEEPING RAT DROPPING AND DUMPING IT FROM INSIDE OUR BOXES THAN ENJOYING OUR NEW HOME. WE BOUGHT GLOVES JUST TO OPEN OUR BOXES. THERE WAS RAT DROPPING INSIDE ALL MY DRESSER DRAWERS. THE MOVERS WAS EVEN COMPLAING AND MAKING COMMENTS. IN MY MOVING EXPERIENCE ,THIS IS FAR BY WORST I'VE EVER SEEN. JUST RIDICULOUS! !!!! I CAN ONLY IMAGE HOW MANY RATS WAS IN THERE BECAMANYI KNOW ONE RAT COULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT MUCH DAMAGE BY HIMSELF. .ALL THE BOXES THAT WAS TUCKED IN HAD LOTS OF RAT DROPPING IN THE BOTTOM OF IT. .LOTS OF DROPPING IN THEM. .SMH I WOULD NOT REFER THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. .
