At a moments notice, I needed to find a storage unit ASAP.  I showed up and there was only one 10' x 10' unit (with a 16' ceiling too!) left. It had easy drive-up access, an electrical outlet and light inside, and very reasonably priced  Unfortunately, the prior tenant had left a mess and was it was in process of being cleaned out.  Tricia was at the front desk, and when I explained it was critical that I needed it today, she called the district manager to get someone to help.  When he was unable to send assistance, she did it herself in the middle of the day in the Florida sun, calling me back in less than 90 minutes to say it was ready - very rare to find service at self storage facility like that.  Originally I had give it this location five stars and then took one away because after one year, they raised the rate 17%.

Outstanding service.  Painless quick transfer to a newer nicer unit.  Thanks to Ebony for her professionalism.

This location was very convenient for me The service was wonderful Ebony was very professional and informative. She is a gem. She know what she is talking about. I would recommend my friends and family to rent at this location. Thanks Ebony I appreciate everything

Ahhh, Nelta was fabuloulously helpful, kind, pleasant, and patient.  The entire staff was really easy to work with, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

I so much appreciated Your Super Employees, Ebony, Nelda & Jameslyn when I was renting one of the  Public Storage units during a recent hurricane!    With an office full  of customers, they were amazingly calm & extremely perfessional!  Please thank them for me!
