I've had several units at this facility for several years now, and I definitely feel the staff here are outstanding. They're all great, but Joe and Jan in particular are just the best, always a great demeanor and ready to help. These guys couldn't have been more amazing in helping me through a very rough and chaotic time in my life, having to suddenly store a large amount of furniture and family items. They've been great with keeping me current with all the accounts and have both gone above and beyond to assist me many times. I kinda feel like part of the family myself. Just great!

The manager, Jan, went out of her way to make me feel like a valued new customer. She made everything simple and straight forward. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.

They are great! Out of all the places we went, they had the best pricing available. Joe has always been great every time we have come in, and the whole place is quite clean. They really work with you if you have any problems, and they definitely monitor the units well. I was called immediately after I left once to let me know that I did not lock my unit properly. Overall I couldn't be happier with them.
