They lie. Their "employees" do not know whats going on because when I ask the manager “David “he did not know anything…  Be aware and don't deal with Alejandro & Vanessa these people should not be in business. I was planning to buy Type-R and drove to meet up with Alejandro but he was too busy to meetup.  He was like here is my manager David… David didn’t know what Alejandro was talking about, they set me up with Vanessa ( ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE) bad attitude and the worse place.  If they lying about the cars they have imagine what else they lying about, in addition to scamming people…. I would love to talk to Honda Customer Relationship or the CEO…. They should find better sales people….

To owner: We drove from Modesto CA, and trust it them while my wife is 7 months pregnant.  How low class minded employers you have.

I purchased a honda fit from this dealership I was given 6 free oil change at the time of purchase. I had to go there several time, first time I was told by service that bring back when it's about 10%. I went back when it was 10% and person told me 5% is better and come either early in morning or close to 5pm and against my better judgment I took my car there one more time. 

Employee took my car I asked the gentlemen who checked me in that how long it will take to finish and I was told I need to wait 2 to 3 hours. I said this is too much time for an oil change I asked to bring my key and took my car to jiffy lube where it took only 20 min.

I will not go back to this honda place ever again.

Came here to do my oil change and full inspection, included tire rotation and they helped me find other things that my car needed! Tee was the best! $140 out the door! Will definitely come back!

I purchased my Honda here and get it serviced here.  The staff are very friendly and helpful.  I've never felt overcharged or like I'd been sold something I didn't need.
