Seems like a nice store. Want to pick up a bike for grandson. Had it ready. Very nice and helpful. Asked some questions about other bikes and gave me lots of info. Seem to have about everything.

I had two very different experiences here.  The first time I went, I had a nice conversation with the manager, no pressure, left with some accessories and a good vibe.  The younger mechanic that helped me was also very polite and knowledgeable.

The second time I was 'greeted' in a pouncing fashion by a short tattooed guy who looked like he was in Fall Out Boy.  He made the all-too-common bike shop mistake of treating me like a know-nothing rookie, even going so far as to repeatedly talk about himself and his experiences boastfully while providing no real help whatsoever-- and I was in there with a simple question.

There are way too many bike shops in town to deal with condescension.  I won't be going back, and that's too bad because some good people appear to work there, too.  That's what keeps people from buying all their stuff on the Internet-- good service from helpful people.

I had them change out some inner tubes for my baby's stroller. They were very fast, friendly and professional.

I walked with a friend, looking for a full suspension bike. I walk in last though the entrance. I don't know his name. I called him ( steroid Dan) comes up, gun holstered ready for war. Looks at both of us and says to my bud( is this guy with you) . What a dick !  Went to introduce myself and ignored me .  Yea forget that dude.and that store .
