I've been there many, many, times and the service is ALWAYS EXCELLENT!! It NEVER bothered them that I don't have one of their bikes, they've always been ready and willing to answer my questions or more than ready to help me with whatever I needed done to my bike. They even have layaway available!! So you can afford your dream bike and they ALWAYS have great prices on their bikes. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out their store and they have more upstairs, I'm a bike kinda guy, but they have skiing, snow boarding, hiking, and some other outdoor stuff up stairs. A Great place to stop by and shop, or just have a look around

Absolutely great service. We've never been there before. We were referred because they have wide width shoes.  I landed up purchasing 2 pairs. The sales person I worked with was Alex. Alex the Great! Very patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you. My new place to purchase shoes for my fat feet. 😊

I loved my experience coming here. The moment I walked in there was amazing costumer service, this man named Alex was so helpful. Since I am younger most people assume I don’t want to buy anything or they give me bad costumer service but not Alex, he talked to me with respect and explained everything in great detail. He worked with me for hours too, explaining everything, helping me try on different boots, helping me pick the most affordable skis and explaining the difference in each. He even helped me find the best prices in his store, he didn’t give up on me which I appreciate because I couldn’t have done it by myself. A blonde young woman named Amber also was super helpful, she helped me pick the best helmet and within my price range and didn’t give up on me until I found the perfect one, and even helped me assemble helmet with headphones when I got it. Just an over all amazing experience I highly recommend! Great costumer service!!

I bought new skis and bindings today after demo-ing all season. Sports Systems is great. Not only are they the only place in town that demos current season skis, but their selection is pretty decent, and they have an incentive program that applies your rental fees towards new skis! The staff are also friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently bought a bike there. Zach was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Spent good hour and half going over aspects of different types and setting them up to test ride .was very pleased with my purchase
