Typically a great store, but I just got promptly kicked out of the store because I must have walked in a few minutes before they were closing and was obviously taking too long. I was also pointed in the direction of snow shovels when I said that I was looking for a shovel. It's April. If I wanted this kind of customer service I would've just gone to Lowe's.

Mike T says he's not a locksmith, but he cuts the best keys of any hardware store I've ever been to. He even was able to duplicate a couple keys other hardware stores weren't able to figure out. My little Sentry safe wasn't exactly one of his standard blanks, but he cut down a standard blank to make it work and it functions perfectly. If he had all the tools of a locksmith and knew how to pick locks, he would be there. Anyway, I've never gotten reliable keys copied at most other hardware stores and he actually takes the time to do it right. The rest of the staff seemed pretty good at copying keys too, because they follow his lead. One of the other staff members copied most of my keys for me while Mike found the right blanks for the tricky ones. Any time I need keys copied outside of a full-fledged locksmith's regular business hours, I'm driving to Worthington. The store is otherwise well stocked, with helpful staff. I was originally there for a multitude of other products that they carried in stock when other hardware stores didn't seem to. That included some ultrasonic mouse repellers, one of those gizmos that screws into a light socket and turns it into electrical outlets plus a light socket, and other oddball stuff like that. This is a terrific hardware store.

Highly recommend for anything plumbing. Stay away from Lowes and HD and go straight to this place for the best plumbing advice.
