I bought a 1200$ riding lawn mower last year, which I complained about upon delivery.  It's now losing power and smoking.  I called  "our home town Sears" who gave me the number of a call center in India.  They had me on hold for 20 minutes and then wanted me to go out and troubleshoot my mower.  When I called back to Sears, Sequim and told them my story, they were not even polite.  I will junk this mower, never walk into Sears again and never buy a Sears product again.  I was told by Sears, Sequim that ALL of their service calls go to this call center...so BEWARE.
PS...I want to give zero stars...the program makes you select at least one star.

A family owned store operating under the Sears name. Prices are the same as Sears. Limited product line but you can shop the Sears web and have stuff delivered there. Owners are friendly and provide good service. Would recommend.

We purchased a new Bosch dishwasher here & have only positive feedback!  We stopped in Sears on a Thursday.  Thanks to knowledgeable advise from our sales person, we purchased the dishwasher with the top Consumer Report's rating.  Saturday morning it was delivered from the warehouse.  We picked it up with my Prius V & my handy husband installed the dishwasher - thanks to exceptionally clear directions from Bosch.  The price was great!  What a wonderful experience!    We will be back!
