Watch out! The sales agent opened a new line without mentioning it. It was very confusing when I received my bill. The agent misrepresented the "free" items he was "giving" me. After pulling up my documents in my account I realized the agent had forged a "mark" for my signature! This has been a nightmare. This in NOT a "Verizon Store", but a retailer authorized to sell Verizon equipment. I'm still trying to get this resolved, but the customer service is no-service. Even, the manager, James De Simone, was nice at first, but not helpful.

Thank you James Desimone for your professional attitude with helping me find a phone late last Friday night on September 15, 2017. I was stressed out all day when my previous phones screen broke and Verizon Customer Care did a horrible job with trying to help me fix this issue earlier in the day. Bottomline, James Desimone I appreciated your diligence with correcting all Verizon's Call Centers errors they created for me. Thank you for calling them and fixing the added issues they created for me. I was about to say a BIG FU to using Verizon as my service provider up until you stepped in and corrected things. Thank you for seeing my problems thru till the end for resolution. I will be back to this store again on my next phones upgrade. You deserve my continued business. Avoid this store if you can. The sales person in the store will say anything, regardless of true or false, to let you buy from them. I was told that i can open a new line and switch number later. But when I came back to do the switch, another one said it is impossible, and the original sales person no longer worked there. The other time my wife went and they charged her >$100 for upgrading a phone, and told her it was charged by Verizon. Later we found out Verizon had no idea of it and it was all made up. I guess it is just how they work, anyone can stand there without any training and say anything they want! AVOID!

Dear Isaiah Ceballos and James Desimone, Thank you very much for your help with my iPhone. I recommend Cell Phone store in Carmel Valley (Verizon Authorized Retailer - A Wireless Cell Phone store) for everybody.

The employees at this store will straight up lie to your face. Do not go here. Messed up my contract, messed up my order, manager said he would help, when I called corporate and the rep contacted the manager, the manager, James, denied everything he told me. These people are straight up liars, from the basic employee up to the manager. I would never go here again. At least Verizon corporate pulled through and helped me resolve my issue - so this review is not aimed at Verizon, but specifically at this store.
