Going on 3 months now we have been going back to this place to get a phone fixed and them saying they will have the part my phone needed next week and refused to give us the refund we rightly deserve. They would promise every week, I will have the part next week! Never came in!

My home button does not work still which they promised it would. I had to buy a whole new phone. They promised my cousins phone would be repaired in 1 day and it's been a week since we brought it there. Terrible service. Over priced. Rude. All of the above. Terrible over all. Do not go here. They promised my home button would work if I went home and updated it on the computer and it still to this day does not work. Only thing I got fixed was my screen slightly. So I payed 200 to just get my screen fixed. I despise this place with a passion.

They ruined the phone and Saturday and Sunday (Weekend actually waiting in fox valley mall for hours) for the 20 minute repair! They are liars, rude, unprofessional con artists

Only rating 1 star because 0 isn't an option. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very rude and unprofessional. They told me it'd be 3 hours to replace the glass on my galaxy s5 and it took them 2 days after they broke my LCD (which was 100% operational before I took it to their shop) and I was promised it'd be ready on several times at a specific time to only drive up there to be told it'd be later or the next day. Take your money and time somewhere else.

My daughter took her Iphone6 here for repair and they lost it. They never offered to replace it and just responded, it's lost nothing I can do. Do not take your phone here for repair.
