Decent Best Buy. Not too dirty or chaotic. The building is a little older, so it's not as new as you'd expect, but that's alright.

While it can be hard to find an employee to help you out sometimes, I thought the customer service I got was very helpful and the people are generally very respectful. Geek Squad guys are also really nice.

The only other complaint I have is the lack of inventory. I feel that Best Buy doesn't have a huge variety in any department, so a lot of times I won't ever find what I need. Otherwise it's a great store.

My best friend took me to help her pick out a home security system.  She had done some research on them and had some idea what she wanted but the gentlemen (i am sorry I don't recall his name)  who helped her was so full of knowledge about the systems. He answered all her questions and helped her pick out the best system for what she needed it for.  She loved snd it's awesome. She also picked up a smart TV at a great price and I even got a webcam but I am not thrilled with it but that is my fault for me knot knowing exactly what options I was looking for. Customer Service all over the store was great.

Sam was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Everyone there seems eager to help even if they were doing something else.

Didn’t have exactly what I needed but the staff was super helpful and good at what they do cuz I had a list of other stuff added to my wish list by the time they were done helping me try to find what I came into and pointing out accessories in the same category.
