This place is a horrible place to shop. I had an online order to pick up. Mary at customer service was the worst sales associate I have encountered. She made me wait for her line because she had the device to help me with my online order. I waited awhile to be called up to be helped and when I got to the desk she had me wait again. She was trying to do too many things at once. It got so bad she upset another gentlemen who was trying to return an item he had to tell her something. I returned my order do to the horrible customer service I received. No smiles no helpfulness, I felt like I was ignored. Even just seeing how the man next to me was treated. I will never shop here again. I would suggest Kohls look at their customer satisfaction as a priority, because you have competitors like jc penny and macy which i have never been treated as such or ever seen them not make sure their guest weren't 100 percent satisfied. I love to shop too so that sucks that kohls did this. This wasn't my first bad experience with them but this crossed the line.

Ordered a Fitbit Alta for Christmas while it was on the Black Friday sale. Recieved an email on Saturday morning that the my order was cancelled because the item wasn’t available. The item WAS available when I bought it, but apparently Kohl’s decided it was fine to sell something that had already been purchased. Had Kohl’s been honest, perhaps I could have bought a Fitbit on a Black Friday sale elsewhere. I have been a Kohl’s customer for a long time, but after this horrible and ridiculous experience I am done. I recieved some Kohl’s cash from some other purchases I made, but once I have spent that I will NEVER shop Kohl’s online or in store again.

Horrible management!!! I will NEVER come back to this location! The sales associates were fine. They do not really care either way but the "manager" was a joke. So rude i had to explain to my little girl after we left that some people just are not happy and if we are going to be treated like that we will spend our money elsewhere. We have shopped at Kohls since before they came to Albuquerque. I know exactly how they price advertise and the sales go. This lady did not try to help correct or even be kind. We will not be back. This was all over $5. Hope they don't need the business i found and ordered the exact same thing on Amazon for half the price.
