Bought a Craftsman lawn mower for $300 after ten hours of use it would not start. I called sears and was told because I didn't buy the extended warranty they would not fix my mower. Needless to say I had to pay for my brand new mower to be repaired. I remember when Craftsman was a reputable product. will never shop at Sears again. Buyer beware.

Paid off my layaway and no longer needed much of the jewelry I had purchased. Couldn't return it as it need to clear my account first. Was told to return that following Monday however I have a busy schedule during the week making it difficult. I was able to return 10 days later and was told all the diamonds on the back of the earring were gone! Seriously! You think that a $30 pair of silver diamond earrings would have diamonds all around the hoop! I had to show her that the other earring didn't have diamonds on the back either! Then she proceeded to tell me that a diamond was loose! 10 day old earrings that I have not worn!!!! Fortunately for me I had purchased a care plan of which she didn't bother to to check first. I couldn't return them because the tag can't be removed at all. So this experience has taught me more than I needed to know. The jewelry you buy from Sears comes with loose jewels. I don't know if this worker judged me by my looks or if she is that rude to everyone and I wish I grabbed a name. I will say that I have met two really good workers(Felicia and Felicity). I hope HR revamps the hiring process because I'm embarrassed that this is our Sears team in Tacoma.

Poor customer service. I was shopping for new kitchen appliances today, May 8th. Specifically looking for a new refrigerator, oven and hood microwave. Preferred a matching set. Store was clean, and had a good selection. That is why it has 2 stars instead of 1. I wondered around the appliances for just over 20 minutes without so much as a greeting. I approached the group of 3 salesmen that were chatting leaning against some washers, seemingly not interested in any of the customers. I started asking my list of questions to the trio about delivery, installation, and hauling out my old appliances, and their currwnt sales. I received short, uninterested responses. I let them know it sounded like Home Depot had a better deal when it came to the installation and removal aspect. Shrug, smile, that it is what it is. Feeling like I was not being taken seriously as a buyer, I turned around and left. If I was completely content with the feeling that another store had a better deal, I would have never stepped foot in Sears in the first place. I knew Sears had around the same prices, but a better selection. I was hoping that with how many Sears stores I heard were closing due to lack of business, I would have been offered a better deal if looking to buy a bundled set of kitchen appliances. What do we mean when we say- salesmen? They had plenty of opportunities to sell me right there, but brushed me off instead.

I shopped here yesterday for the first time in years. I enjoyed it as I found things a much better quality and easier to find than many stores. I plan on shopping there more often in the future. More people should. If you receive bad service and sales people are snotty or of little help report them immediately. This younger generation of kids working in sales have not a clue and need to be schooled. Give Sears some feedback too. They need to hire older sales people who are knowledgeable about what real service means. Loved my time spent there during my Christmas shopping. I plan on going there much more often in the future.

Make sure ur gone by 9 01 cuz they lock every door n of course the only one I could go out was the one furthest away from my car it'd cold out n they were making families with babies do the same thing walking out in the cold
