I love going to Sear because you can really save money by using your surprise points.

The manager of the store, a lady with grayish hair above her shoulders and glasses, is the rudest store manager i have ever met anywhere. I think she hates kids because she has been absolutely horrible to my 2 year old twice now. The first time, it was a few minutes before opening and my daughter had to use the restroom extremely bad and the lady shut the door in our face when we asked. The second time was today, my daughter was standing too close to the door and the lady yelled at me to back her up away from the door. I do not see her reacting that way towards anyone else except my daughter. There were tons of people standing close to the door but she chose to complain about a 2 year old. I would recommend getting a more friendly manager because her rudeness has stopped me from shopping in the store anymore. I dont think anyone who acts like they hate children should be in charge of a store.

It's no wonder that Sears is in danger of going out of business. The customer service alone has never been this terrible. I went to the Pembroke Pines store today to buy a new Dremel tool. It took me 5 minutes to find it and then I spent another 25 minutes waiting for a cashier. There was one cashier for the entire tool department leading around another customer who didn't even know what he was looking for. There were 4 employees sitting around in the appliance department but since I wasn't buying an appliance, they couldn't help me. And finally, the employee in electronics was too busy desperately trying to sell a tv to a guy who wasn't even going to buy it. All the while, I have a $100 tool in my hand that I'm ready to buy! I tried going to the main checkout counter downstairs, but the cashier could not help me because she said she didn't have the special tool required to remove the anti-theft device on the box. It's a damn shame. Sears is just a shadow of its former self.

WOW! They are remodeling.  Doesn't even look like a Sears.  They still have tools that are best bang for the buck.
