People hate waiting in general, and especially more so when people who come later than them seem to get their cars serviced first and leave. But the thing is though autoshop is a place where different jobs take different amounts of time, sort of like a hospital. You should drop off the car, and give the mechanics to do their work at their own pace. 

I had state inspection, oil change, and battery replacement done on my car. My daughter signed up for the rewards program so the discount kicked in automatically. I dropped off the car during Saturday morning when they were busy. But the guy, EDWARD, was extremely pleasant, patient, efficient, and professional, and made all the difference. 

I will come back to this place because of a guy like EDWARD who listens, explains, does not fast talk, does not oversell, and COURTEOUS. Thanks buddy.

Experience couldn't have been better.  Travis the service writer was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My vehicle was in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Pep Boys location.

Relatively new in town because of school, I have no idea who is actually a good repair shop. I Had a broken window regulator so I figured I'd give pepboys a chance. Called them on a Monday and they gave me a fair price way below anyone else, cool! So they give me an appointment for that Wednesday at 1 o'clock. My window was stuck completely down and that following Tuesday night it rained.. forever. At least I'm getting my window fixed I thought to myself. I show up Wednesday at 1:00 expecting to get quality service. I was wrong.

Not usually a huge stickler for the small things, but no one even greeted me and I had to ask for help. They really had no idea what I was even there for. The moron behind the counter made it seem like it was his first day working and using a computer for business and was taking forever to just give me a price from which was a different one I received to days Pryor. Then Who I believed to be the manager steps in and tells me I couldn't get my truck fixed that day!! The day that they told me to come in and get it fixed I couldn't.. so while I could've been looking for someone else instead the inside of my truck was soaked for no reason. This place was horrible besides the one slither of hope they have, a young lady named Lauren who seemed to be the only person with any IQ and grasp on customer service. To sumerize my rant, this place blows unless you get Lauren.

I have been going to this location for a multitude of years. I want to personally say, the go to guy is Edward. He is highly professional, military minded, and very knowledgeable. That guy is the epitome of an expert. My vehicles drive like new. And THEY'RE BETTER THAN NARDY. You guys rock!

EDIT: I left a poor review, but in the intervening time the manager of this location called me and made the situation right. I appreciate the swift customer service.
