Very poor customer service, multiple attempts at phone contact failed.
Called ahead to pre-arrange a drop off of uhaul and was told someone is on premises all day.
Arrived, employee saw the truck and sped out of the parking lot.  Sign on door says don't leave, someone is here, and had a phone number...which rings to a phone that automatically answers "no voice mailbox set up" and disconnects.
If you call the "24 hour emergency number" it just rings inside the office.
