Such a wonderful place. I would return just to hang out at the swimming hole again. Everyone there was really nice and family friendly. Easy to find and great location. Oh and the market down the street has really good pork belly ribs. Campground was clean and tidy. Excellent experience.

My husband and I stayed here during a roadtrip in July 2017. We didn't have any reservation and they were able to accommodate us. We stayed in spot 21 which was nice because it was secluded from the rest of the camp. We absolutely loved it here. The pwool were kind, the grounds were nice, the bathroom and skin for dishwashing were a treat after the more bare bones camps we had stayed at. The swimming hole and Sandy beach was amazing, so relaxing. It was a quick 10 minutes to the entrance of Sequoia so completely convenient too. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much!
