Today I was told by the manager that because I was frustrated last night and let the assistant manager know how I felt last night that the road hazard warranty on my tires, which were put on the car maybe a month or 2 ago, was no longer valid. I now have to take my tire to another place to have it looked at and potentially buy a new tire. Here is why I was frustrated. One of my wife's tires was going flat when she got home. So I went to switch it out with the spare. However, I couldn't get the anchor off that held the tire in place. Instead of using a tool to get it off I decided to take it back to the place that that touched it last so that they could see what one of their techs had done. You see, I had purchased new tires from this company two months ago; max. When they put the new tires on the car, I explained to them that one of the tires on the car is my spare. So they placed the spare tire in the trunk but they tightened down the anchor that holds the spare tire so tight that 3 people (myself, the assistant manager, and a tech) could not remove it by hand. A tool, which actually scratched my rim, had to be used to remove it. The assistant manager, after he realized that the thing was to tight commence to tell me the reason was because I had a bigger tire on the spare. You see, it wasn't the techs fault who placed the tire in the trunk and tightened the anchor, it was my fault because I had put a bigger tire on the spare. Side note; the spare in the car is a full size spare from the manufacturer which was not replaced. So now I'm visibly upset and I voiced my frustration. After bringing out the tech who couldn't get it off either they finally take it to the back and rectify the situation. However, they did't switch the flat tire with the spare or even look at and try to repair the flat tire. So I decided to park my car in their parking lot and swap the tires which brought the next problem to light; the lugs were too tight and couldn't be taken off by hand. So as I'm walking to the door, they started locking up the place. Hey I understand I was irate previously. I probably would have shut the doors too. So I go back this morning and explain to the manager what transpired the night before and about the lugs. He tells me that Lexus spec is for 140ft-lbs which is ridiculously high so they use the air-gun. I looked it up before he told me my warranty was void due to how I spoke to his assistant manager and what I found is that 75ft-lbs is what most people use; I also found that the manufacturer's spec reflects 76ft-lbs. But he gave me excuse why it was 140ft-lbs. After they removed and inspected the tire the manager tells me there is no nail in the tire; however, it looks like there is a problem with how the tire is sitting on the rim which was possibly due to hitting a curb. He commenced to say, now the tires needs to go to a place that has a dunk tank to determine whether the tire was damaged and I needed to take it. So I said to him, when I bought the tires I asked if there was a road side hazard warranty on the tires and I was told there was; however, now I have to take the wheel somewhere else to get the tire tested. I asked, isn't that what the roadside hazard is for? He said it was but not after the way I spoke to his manager last night. So that is where I am. I have to take a tire that is 2 months old and has a warranty to someone else to test.

Would never go here. They absolutely take advantage of you and do poor work. I took my (granted, lemon) of a car to them to have the heat fixed. They did a "work around" repair to it for $500 (instead of the $3000 heater core replacement) and it did not make the slightest difference in my heat. They also changed my oil and stripped the bolt in the oil pan. They rigged it so that it would still work and no one else will touch my oil pan. Took it back to have that fixed and they said it was simply an oil pan saver and acted like it was normal. Two other mechanics suggested they had actually stripped the bolt and put the plug there to make due. Lastly, the last time they changed my oil (since now I can ONLY go there) they left off the oil cap! I drove around for months without an oil cap. Didn't notice until my check engine light came on and we opened the hood to check all the fluids. Not the service and quality I would expect from this, supposedly, higher quality mechanic.

The service Street location on Dallas Highway has knowledgeable staff they take the time to explain all recommendations and have a terrific 5 year or 50000 mile warranty I would highly recommend you visit them for any of your Automotive needs

BE AWARE!! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!! SCAMMERS!! Took my car for a simple oil change and break/rotors replacement that I provided for the mechanic. This •simple• procedure took 3 days to complete. They took the car apart, the incompetent mechanic did not know how to replace breaks and rotors, then I was told my car is unsafe to drive and that a "more" experienced mechanic needed to take a look at my car when he comes in on Monday! They waited until closing time to tell me all of this. I was left without a car from Saturday 1pm until Monday night 6:30pm. A worker took me home with their "work" shuttle on Saturday. They didn't care about the fact that I don't have a car to get to work on Monday.Three days later (Monday) evening when I picked up my car I was told they changed additional parts without my authorization and charged me for parts and labor I DID NOT APPROVE. They held my keys and would not give me the car until I paid. When I asked to get a number to their corporate office they refused to give me the number. One “district” manager said all complaint emails are filtered through channels and all emails go through him first which means he picks and chooses what email corporate sees. UNACCEPTABLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! •ripp off •unprofessional •scammers •worthless •dishonest •incompetent mechanics and managers •liers •uneducated •thiefs •one-sided
