We had an amazing night last night. We got in a bit late but found our spot easily enough and got set up and registered without a problem. A beautiful slice of land with plenty to see and do. Will recommend to my friends.

I've never camped here while down Ocean City my friend was telling me about this place so I decided to go see for myself. We did some fishing in their pond but never got a bite or caught anything?! Didn't really see very much they had to offer those who were camping there, so I was not impressed by this place at all...

Its beautiful at any season. The trail of change is amazing with beautiful marshes with moss covered tree stems and manzanitas growing in ither areas and the red stems looking fantastic bending in various ways, decidous forest with leaf fallen trails making your footsteps very quiet...then you are at the river and just gaze out over the water as the sun sparkles. Its quiet and peaceful in the winter time.

From Wisconsin, stayed in this state park because it was close to the ocean, very reasonably priced and looked gorgeous. The park has a ton, swimming pool, volleyball courts, trails, river. The scenery is gorgeous, and the campsites are all very large and gives plenty of space between neighbors. One of the things that impressed me the most is the bath houses, I have never seen a nicer bath house/showers in a state park before. Only downside is no alcohol allowed in the park (Maryland State Law), but other than that the park was awesome. I would highly recommend.

Great state Forrest. They are in the process of renovating all the bath houses at each of the circles for camping. 3 out of the 5 are already complete. I must say they are the nicest bathrooms/ shower areas I've ever seen at a camping ground. They also have an area to the side of the bathhouse building for you to wash your dirty dishes. They have an on site pool, camp shop that serves good, ice cream, ice and any other camp necessities u may need while camping. And very responsibly prices. They also have a room to do you laundry both wash and dry. As well as a boat launch/dock. What more can u ask for. And it's insanely reasonably priced.
