Yum. We drove 20 extra minutes to find this place. The burgers were good; not too greasy or heavy, just the right size and weight. Ordered the single size Shake Shack cheese burger with fries and drink. The fries do not taste like a frozen product and they are crinkle cut; came hot and lightly salted. Left full but not nauseous, like some burger chains can make you feel. Better burger than BGR. In the area of Drexel University, so a lot of students. No prob finding a place to sit. This location even has a flat screen on second level.

Super busy, completely full, and 100% worth the wait! Super delicious food. 4-stars because they don't put much cheese or bacon on the bacon cheese fries which was a bummer. Still, really great food and the wait went by quickly.

Arrived in Philly and thrilled there was a Shack Shack near our hotel. Love me some Shake Shack......that is until today. For 3 people over $40.00 for this.... see photos. A corner piece of lettuce and a bone in my burger. Ugh. Gross.

Great burgers, very pleasant and courteous employees. Thanks to the manager for looking into getting nutritional info for a newly diagnosed T1 diabetic.

Pros: Standard shake shack fare, great burgers, shakes and fries. Cons: Wait times can be borderline ridiculous during peak hours (6pmish) ranging between 30mins to an hour. Also, prices are rather high.
