For what I paid,  it was great! The walls were thick enough that I didn't hear the neighbors.  It was in a great location too.  But,  the customer service was excellent! One time the  cops came which was alarming,  but to my knowledge,  it was just a domestic dispute.

Got a call from my daughter,  who is a minor, that the police had a dozen or so kids at the motel. They were all intoxicated. I recognize most of these kids and not one of them is of age. I kind of want to know who gave a bunch of teenagers a room. My wife and I went to the front desk to find our daughter, and the guy acted as if he didn't know a thing. Other parents, as well as my wife and I waited for 40 minutes for the police to talk to each kid. We called other parents to inform them of the situation. This is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. I will be bringing this to corporates attention.

I was only there one night but it was very enjoyable the room was Excellence design really nice. There was only one problem and that was there was no hot water in the sink. If I remember right the room number was 156 you might want to get that fixed it was the very first room downstairs by the laundry room door. Other than that it was great the bed was a little harder than I'm used to. And the two young men that help me check in did excellent we're very friendly and helpful. Got to have some sweet rolls with that coffee though, LOL, but it would be nice. And again I thank you for the enjoyable stay.

First room air conditioner didn't work so they had to move us to a different room. Hardly enough space to turn around in.  Sheets on one bed did not look clean, as if they had not been changed. Bathroom appeared clean but shower was so tiny that if you dropped the soap you couldn't bend over to pick it up. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Disappointed by lack of free WiFi. Travelers have come to expect that service everywhere. And it’s cheeky to put the shampoo in vending machine. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. We appreciate your accommodation for dogs.
