I've been here before for parts, and the part buying experience has always been smooth and pleasant. On a whim I dropped by one day to check out new cars on the lot. I got a test drive in a car without any effort. While I wasn't intending to buy that day, and I never really made that clear at all during my time there, the experience was never pushy. It was more of just a relaxing conversation about what I liked or what I'd be looking for. I recommend giving these guys a chance if you're looking for a new car. I dealt with Matt and he was a straight-shooter.

On our initial visit we were only gathering information. Our wishes were respected and Greg was very helpful. We live 80 miles from this dealership but happened to be in town. We had several other choices of dealerships for our purchase but elected to return here. The entire process was handled with expertise and attention to detail. Very highly recommended!

We purchased a used car from here in September. There was a spot of rust we were assured would be fixed if we bought the car. First, they tried to cover it up and lied, saying it was fixed. Upon being caught in the lie, they asked us to bring the car back and they would fix it properly. I drove over an hour back for them to tell me I would have to come back and leave the car at least one night for them to properly fix it, which at the time sounded like they really cared because they wanted to do it right. We did this, it took two nights instead, and they still didn't fix it! And now are blaming the weather for the rust. When asked, they blamed the body shop and gave us their number and blew us off, despite telling the body shop to do exactly what they did. We spoke to the body shop and he admitted it didn't sound right, but he could only do what Spartan Toyota asked him to do. And the free oil changes they promised us? 100% lie. Drove out of my way to get an oil change and still had to pay for it, that Toyota dealer telling us they had never heard of Toyota giving free oil changes. And we are still waiting for the title to the car they messed up. We've talked with several different people there, and they all play stupid, saying we've never contacted them. Rick Artibee does not care about his customers and is looking to make a quick buck.

Came in for our first free Oil Change of the year that we got with our used car purchase from them. Came in originally a few days earlier but they had issues getting the oil plug off the oil pan due to being stripped & seized on. When I did come back in after the parts arrived they got me in and out in less than an hour and didn't charge me for any of the parts they had to order. They are always very polite, treat you with respect and genuinely appreciate  your business.

This is the seventh time we have dealt with Spartan Toyota on a new Toyota vehicle.  We have always gotten great treatment by the sales staff and the service department.  Every time we go in for routine service we are treated like family an we leave feeling very positive about our experience.  We highly recommend Spartan Toyota for your new or used car shopping.
