I drive 35 miles to go to Shaheen for my oil changes and any other maintenance that may be needed.  Even after going through all the free oil changes. Because the customer service is excellent.  Everyone is always very kind and helpful in answering any questions I have.  And when my daughter goes with me she loves receiving a complementary flower.  It may cost a little more but it is a small price to pay for excellent customer service.

I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Shaheen the last two years.  Great and friendly service!  Had a repair done on my car door they thought was under warranty, turns out it wasn't and they were nice enough to take care of the bill with out me saying a word!  Thank you Shaheen, you earned yourselves a repeat customer!

Everything was fine except when I checked out and read the report on my vehicle.  It was showing my tire wear in the orange range.  I just purchased a set new tires from the dealership 5,000 miles ago.  It makes me feel like they didn't perform the check which makes me question what other things they really checked.

Thanks so much for this place to have been so ABSOLUTELY helpful in finding financing for an excellent 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4×4 / 4 DOOR fully loaded and ready to get ON THE ROAD. Great service as well and I'll be DEALING WITH THEM ALSO in the future. Always courteous, helpful & friendly. Great service dept & standard prices, good periodic sales on servicing, great waiting area with coffee & snacks & wifi, also courtesy rides & pickup. I got great deals on my last 2 cars, much better than other dealers I worked with on pricing & trade-ins. I'll go back again.
