Good food in a family friendly vibe. I requested a veggie Pattie and was surprised at the how savory and fresh it was. The staff was accommodating and quick. Great spot for lunch or dinner.

We're from Chattanooga, TN and this is our first time in Florida. We grew tired of pizza and sandwiches so we decided to find a little hole in the wall place that most tourists wouldn't try and we stumbled upon Silva's. We are incredibly glad we did. To start, the food was excellent. I had the ribs... delicious. We ordered the boiled bananas and the owner asked numerous times if we were sure. Wanting to try something new, we said yes... he then suggested we try them with the heavy. It is now on my list of favorite foods. Also, you've got to try the sweet potato pudding... it's more of a cake/bread than pudding... but you won't regret it. I read one review saying the employee weren't very friendly, but i have to call B.S. on that... the owners/employees were great. We shared conversation about our trip to St. Lucia years ago and laughed. To summarize... if you expect hamburgers... go to Burger King. If you want to experience something awesome... visit Silva (and if he makes a suggestion... just go with it).

I come here at least once a week since the spot is close. The food is always fresh and great, patties always on point. The lady that works the front most of the time, is also very friendly. Not to mention, the resturant is always so clean. Spotless! I would definately say come check it out if you enjoy carribean food.

The Silva Bowl Caribbean Grill is immaculate! The service was great! I love the fact that military is honored with a discount, especially since I am a 30-year Army retiree. I spread the word to all of my friends and family about this business. The jerk is seasoned, wonderfully! Thank you Silva Bowl for choosing such a great location-very convenient.
