Seriously though. Anyone with a brain would not shop here. It is OVERPRICED it's even cheaper to buy at the real apple store. Also beware that when you book an online appointment here through the apple store appointments, they "don't hold your spot", because they aren't a "real apple store". You can get all of the items they sell here cheaper at B&H or Amazon. Just here to take advantage of those who don't really know.

Went to buy an Apple Watch. Waited for 10 minutes to be helped, as 2 employees were busy helping customers and the third was too busy playing around on his phone to help me out. Then, despite them listing Series 1 watched for sale, I'm told they don't sell the Series 1 Apple Watch, and that they "don't know why it's still listed."

These guys have zero clue, don't waste your time or money.  After having a 2012 Macbook Air whose trackpad didn't work and needed a simple OS update to High Sierra, they returned it to me five days later and just said they had no idea what was wrong so they gave up, and didn't bother to tell me this so I could find somewhere else, nor did they update the software like they promised. (Nevermind the fact that I don't live in a country with an Apple store and am now screwed.) Then, same day they return my 2015 Macbook Pro to me "fixed" only to turn on the computer when I arrived back home with the EXACT SAME SCREEN ISSUE where the computer screen is black and completely unusable. I filed a formal complaint with Apple urging their license as a third-party service provider to be REVOKED. They do not have qualified technicians working here. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, VISIT AN APPLE STORE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT AN EXTRA FEW DAYS, these guys cost me the cost of a plane ticket to the US and absolutely nothing was fixed.

I went in to get some air pods last week and they were out so I tried the Bose Soundsport Wireless buds instead.  Bought them last week and just don’t think they are worth the $250 they charged so I tried to take them back and get the air pods today and the manager tells me they do not return head phones.  Done with this place!  Not to mention the Bose website has these exact headphones for $199......
