I had just purchased the iPhone 8 plus for myself and my wife was wanting one as well. We went into this particular location at 5pm and was helped by Margurette. My wife had a lot of pictures and video to put over to her new phone. They said it would take a while and they would call us. Well it was getting pretty late and we received a call saying that it was taking longer than expected. My wife was in need of her phone and the associate stayed almost two hours afterwards helping us and delivered great customer service. We were so thankful for them going the extra mile to help us and all while keeping a great attitude. We will surely be coming back to this store because of the dedication that Margurette      Showed my family!!!!! Great job!

I just tried paying off my phone at that location and they told me that they don’t take cash! So I asked the lady “so all your locations only take cards to pay off your phone?” and she said “yes!”. Well she lied because I went to the Sprint store on FM 1382 and they took my cash. Very lazy location! Go to FM 1382 location!

Went to this store today 3/11/1981 at 6:05pm,  didn't know the store closed at 6:00pm. There was exactly 4 associate's neither one of them came to the door to even say they was closed. Instead 2 was behind the counter pointing at my sister laughing, the girl by the door turned her head and the other guy walked away! 2 other associate's from a different store pulled up, I asked for the store number told him what happened he apologized for their actions but that was unacceptable POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This place deserves NO stars, but that's not an option. I've been with Sprint for 7yrs and this was the worst customer service experience! Want your money stolen from you and don't receive your order? This is the place to go. The employees state that, " They will call you once the receive your order etc" however, that's a lie. I literally had to go to the store numerous times in order to receive a response as well as call. Plus, the refund process is long (90 days plus) and you receive the run around. Literally, I am fed up with this company and will be leaving as soon as I get my refund!!! The manager Pete Hall has no idea what he is doing and needs to work on his people skills. Plus, i'm still waiting for my refund. Go to the corporate store AVOID 3rd party retailers.
