I have been having all sorts of issues with my phone. Rep didn't seem to care about my concerns.  He was socializing with coworkers.  After 45 min he tells me no technicians at this store. I have to go to Dallas or Grand Prairie.  He should've told me sooner.  Lazy service.

Worst customer service I have ever received at this store. If I could rate my visit today a -10 Stars I would. The girl that works there did not understand what I wanted for my upgrade so she kept telling me she would get in trouble for everything. Then she reminded me that it was 7:30 and they were closing in 30 minutes. Absolutely awful.

Wanting yo discuss upgrade and female clerk was unfriendly and rushing me to choose. I left. Hope she had a better day!  Will go yo a different location!!!

Tried to go in and upgrade my phone at 5 o'clock and the door was locked. The girl opened up the door to tell me they closed at 5 and it said they close at 7 o'clock on the door, clearly they were understaffed because there were other customers in the lobby and employees just locked the door to avoid more customers.
